David Rebein is a trial lawyer specializing in personal injury. “There is no greater thrill than to accept a case on behalf of a client and bring back a jury verdict in their favor,” says Rebein.

Rebein is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, is a past president of the Kansas Bar Association and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers for his work as a trial lawyer.  Rebein takes cases against trucking companies and helps families recover some measure of justice in wrongful death cases and cases involving serious injury.

Rebein is a public speaker and has traveled extensively to deliver messages of encouragement and inspiration to civic groups in both small and large communities.

David has tried hundreds of cases and represented Fortune 500 Companies as well as individuals in high profile employment and personal injury cases.  David is at home in both Federal and State Courts.

Rebein sums up his work in saying, “I walk into a tragedy and try to make sense of what happened.  I personally investigate the case and if I take it, I give it everything I’ve got.”
