David Rebein and Shane Bangerter are both cited in the prestigious legal referral guide, The Best Lawyers in America, which lists lawyers selected by more than 500,000 votes from other lawyers.

David was named by his colleagues as an expert in three sections: business litigation, personal injury litigation and worker compensation law. In fact, lawyers are not allowed or required to pay a fee for participation OR selection for such distinctive listing. Such peer review ranking is considered one of the highest professional distinctions for attorneys.

David was recently named in The Guide To America's Leading Business Lawyers as one of Kansas's Top 10 litigators. The survey's results reflect over 4,500 interviews by a team of 30 full-time researchers.

David Rebein is a lawyer from Dodge City, Kansas who has tried cases all over Kansas in both State and Federal Court. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Dodge City Community College and is a past Chairman of the Dodge City Chamber of Commerce and the Sacred Heart School Board. He has served on the Kansas Board of Governors from 1997-present and is a past board member of the Kansas Association of Commerce and Industry.
