Michelle Reinert Mahieu is of counsel to the firm and assists
clients in the areas of commercial and complex litigation.
Michelle is a native of Dodge City and is well acquainted with the
southwest Kansas economy, in particular the agriculture industry.
She has represented clients in matters involving breach of
contract, negligence, professional negligence, fraud, statutory
violations, security interest disputes, asset recovery actions,
warranty claims, non-compete agreements, leasing agreements and
many like matters.
Michelle has also worked on complex litigation, including class
actions based on oil and gas law, antitrust law and tax law.
