Attorney Joins Rebein Bangerter
Attorney Aaron L. Kite has joined the established legal team
of Rebein Bangerter in Dodge City. "We are pleased to welcome Mr. Kite, who brings
both a high-caliber business expertise and a commitment to the High Plains," said David
Rebein, firm partner.
A native of Gothenburg, Nebraska, Kite graduated magna cum laude from
Harding University and received his Juris Doctorate with cum laude distinction from the
Texas Tech University School of Law.
Kite returns to Dodge City after practicing corporate and securities and tax law in
Dallas, Texas. In 1997, he clerked with Rebein and Bangerter.
He focuses his practice on meeting the business needs of the types of businesses
that operate in and serve southwest Kansas. His practice includes helping family-owned
and other closely held businesses with entity formations, business and tax planning,
intellectual property matters, commercial real estate matters, and mergers and
acquisitions. He also assists owners of such businesses with business succession and
estate plans, and advises tax-exempt organizations with respect to formation, operation
and compliance matters.
Kite has assisted cattle feeders, farm and implement distributors, residential and
commercial construction companies and private universities with their business and tax
needs. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Texas, and is fluent in Spanish.
Kite joins firm members David Rebein, Shane Bangerter and Michelle Reinert,
located at 810 W. Frontview St., Dodge City. He and his wife, Summer, a speech
pathologist working for the Southwest Kansas Area Cooperative District 613, reside in
Dodge City.
"I'm very impressed with the sophistication, commitment and organization of the
Dodge City business community," Kite said. "Because of these factors, I feel there is
great potential for business growth here. I hope to have the opportunity to contribute to
this growth." |
