David Rebein chosen for DCCC Board May 8, 1998 Dodge City resident David Rebein has been chosen to serve on Dodge City Community College's Board of Trustees. Rebein will replace former trustee Doug Parker, who resigned to focus on professional and personal obligations earlier this year, said a release from the college. Parker was elected to the position last year. Rebein will complete Parker's term, which expires in 2001. He was one of seven people who asked to be considered for the position. The board was grateful that many people were interested in filling Parker's slot, said Floris Jean Hampton, chairwoman of the DCCC board of trustees. --Christopher R. Negelein
